This rental is made under the ordinary conditions of law in such matters and in particular those below that the lessee undertakes to perform, under penalty of damage and interest or termination of the rental agreement without being able to claim a reduction in the rent.

Taking possession, release of the rental

Arrival is usually scheduled for Saturday afternoon from 3:00 p.m. The departure is generally scheduled for Saturday morning at 10:00 am. In the event of late taking possession of the premises, the rental cannot be extended as much.

Cancellation, cancellation of the rental

For any cancellation by the lessee, the lessor keeps the deposit paid and reserves the right to apply the following compensation to the lessee:

Cancellation between 29 and 15 days before the start of the stay: 50% of the rental amount - Cancellation between 14 and 8 days before the start of the stay: 75% of the rental amount

Cancellation less than 7 days before the start of the stay: 100% of the rental amount

The lessor is in no way responsible for the transport of the lessee, he will not reimburse if he is unable to reach the vacation spot.

Use of the rental

The lessee must occupy the premises personally, live in them "as a good father" and maintain them. All the installations are in working order and any complaint concerning them more than 24 hours after entering the premises cannot be accepted. Repairs made necessary by negligence or poor maintenance during the rental will be the responsibility of the lessee.
The lessee must ensure that the tranquility of the neighborhood is not disturbed by the action of the lessee or his family.

At the end of the rental, the clean accommodation must be left clean. In the event of non-compliance with this obligation, cleaning costs will be applied (60 €).

Bedding is not provided. On request, the rental costs € 10 / per room / per week. (2prs)

The presence of animals is prohibited. (Unless agreed with the owner)

Smoking in the chalet is prohibited.

Barbecue prohibited on the terraces.
Barbecue common to the 3 houses in the center of the rental space.
The number of tenants cannot exceed 6.

Rental insurance

The lessee is required to insure the accommodation he has rented (except seasonal rental) he must check whether his main home insurance contract provides for resort extension. The lack of insurance in the event of a claim will give rise to damages and interest.
